“Thank you, CEO Scoop, for this incredible honor. Growing up in Houston, Texas, my journey started in a home filled with love but also weighed down by hardship. Those early experiences taught me resilience and the determination to rise above challenges.
During COVID, life threw me one of its hardest blows. I lost all three of my jobs, and along with them, I lost my sense of purpose and passion. It felt like my whole world had fallen apart. I turned to rideshare work, putting my heart into every ride and earning a 5-star rating on both platforms. But even that joy was taken from me. People would falsely report drivers like me just to get free rides, not realizing how deeply it affected us.
I worked incredibly hard and poured everything into making each ride special. I set myself apart from the rest, creating a unique experience—a true party on wheels. Still, there were moments when I felt utterly defeated. I remember one night, at my lowest point, asking God, ‘Take me out of this world, or give me a reason to live.’ And in that moment, I heard Him say, ‘Shelly Castle, I am not done with you yet!’
Those words changed everything for me. With no money, no business experience, and nothing but faith and determination, I started my own company (Impeccable Rideshare LLC). I didn’t know how to run a business or what it would take to succeed, but I trusted the process and believed in the purpose God had placed on my heart. What are your long-term goals, and where do you envision yourself in the coming years?
My long-term goal is to build the grand storefront that I know God has already created for me. It’s waiting for me to claim it, and I believe this book will help me do just that. Once I have my Houston location up and running, I plan to franchise out and open multiple locations—not just across the U.S., but globally. I see this business expanding to various countries, creating a worldwide presence.
But my dreams don’t stop there. I want to use my success to reach people on a larger scale. My vision includes traveling the world as an inspirational speaker, sharing my story and message of perseverance with audiences everywhere. I would love to work alongside incredible mentors like Grant Cardone and his team or the Aspire team, speaking to and empowering people to realize that there are endless possibilities for them—no matter what they may be facing.
In the coming years, I see myself touching the lives of countless individuals, showing them that it’s not about the limitations you face, but about how you rise above them. It’s all about believing in yourself, and my mission is to spread that message far and wide.
What were the most challenging obstacles you’ve encountered in your career?
The most challenging obstacles I’ve faced have been the energy and financial resources needed to make my vision a reality. When I started, I didn’t have a rideshare platform to rely on for clients, so that made it harder to get new business in the beginning. But I truly believe nothing is impossible with God. I had to find other ways to build my client base, and that’s when I doubled down on networking.
I pride myself on being the “Number One Networking Queen and Entrepreneur in the universe—no joke and hands down.” My ability to connect with people, build relationships, and expand my reach has been key to overcoming these challenges. It’s all about being resourceful and knowing that with persistence, the right connections, and faith, everything can fall into place.
Who has been the most significant source of inspiration in your life?
Well, for me, Jesus has been the most inspirational source in my life. It’s nothing but Jesus all the way. He’s the reason I’m still here today. There were moments when I wanted to give up, when I felt like calling it quits, but Jesus reminded me that He wasn’t done with me yet. He said, “Shelly, you have so much more to do. You have more people to inspire, more greatness to accomplish, and you have to show the world what’s possible.”
He’s given me a purpose to speak to younger generations, to go into classrooms and across the world, and tell them there are no limits—no limits to the sky, the stars, or the heavens. There is no limit to what we can achieve. The opportunity is endless, and if you start young, believe in yourself, and trust in God, you can do anything. With God, nothing is impossible. That’s the message I carry with me every day.
