Edition – EmpowerHer: Women Redefining Leadership & Impact in 2025
Achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls is not only the right thing to do—it’s essential for sustainable development. While progress has been made over the decades, the world remains off track to achieve gender equality by 2030. Women and girls represent half of the world’s population and half of its potential, yet gender inequality persists, hindering social progress. Barriers such as sexual violence, unequal domestic responsibilities, and limited representation in leadership continue to challenge meaningful change. Even today, women hold only 30% of managerial positions globally and dedicate two and a half times more hours to unpaid care work than men.
In this climate of ongoing struggle and rising voices for equality, Kristin Bone stands out as a force for empowerment and change. An award-winning actress, producer, and RN supervisor, Kristin seamlessly bridges the worlds of film, entertainment, and healthcare. Through Cinnemaddict Films and Gaimchng3r Entertainment, she champions projects that shine a light on critical social issues affecting people of all ages. One of the most anticipated among them, Pony, is a powerful movie centered on women’s empowerment—set to inspire audiences and spark meaningful dialogue.
She proudly sponsors the Women’s Empowerment Initiative (WEI) in Dubai, an organization dedicated to advancing women’s empowerment, and attended one of its key events earlier this year.
As part of our EmpowerHer: Women Redefining Leadership & Impact in 2025 edition, we are excited to spotlight Kristin Bone, a trailblazing woman reshaping both entertainment and community impact through her vision, leadership, and dedication to change.
Please share the beginning of your career journey with us.

Kristin Bone: At the start of my career, I worked primarily as a psychiatric registered nurse. I even pursued an MBA as a backup plan in case I ever needed to explore other career options. However, a serious car accident that left me with a broken back changed everything and made nursing physically challenging for me. Since I had always been interested in becoming a financial advisor, I pivoted in that direction.
During COVID-19, I returned to nursing to help during the pandemic and worked in an all-male maximum-security prison. Around that time, I also wanted to pursue modeling, which eventually led me to acting. As I became more involved in the entertainment industry, I realized that my background working with investors and my business experience made producing a natural fit. I began using those skills to support and develop projects, and it has truly become a passion of mine. Today, I love both producing and acting—bringing characters to life on screen and creating meaningful stories behind the scenes.
Could you highlight the key offerings of your company?
Kristin Bone: The key offerings of the companies I’m involved with are centered around creating exceptional music and impactful films. Gaimchng3r Entertainment is dedicated to changing the music industry—producing top-quality music and living by the motto, “We don’t play the game, we change the game!”
Meanwhile, Cinnemaddict Films is developing Pony, a powerful movie focused on women’s empowerment. Both companies are deeply committed to creating projects that address important social issues affecting youth and people of all ages. Pony is one of the inspiring projects you’ll be seeing in the future from Cinnemaddict Films.
What are your long-term goals, and where do you envision yourself in the coming years?

Kristin Bone: In the coming years, I definitely see myself producing and acting in more projects. I love being involved from the very beginning to the final stages—seeing a project through, watching it succeed, and knowing I played a part in bringing it to life.
I enjoy contributing not just on the creative side but also on the business side, where I can use my skills to make a meaningful impact. I also plan to continue working in nursing in a role that allows me to oversee daily operations and ensure quality care. Beyond that, I envision myself helping more companies achieve their goals by connecting them with the right investment opportunities to bring their projects to fruition.
Who has been the most significant source of inspiration in your life?
Kristin Bone: I really admire Todd Graves of Raising Cane’s. He faced countless roadblocks, and most people in his situation might not have succeeded—but he surpassed the odds and became a billionaire. Even when he was turned down for loans, he never let a lack of funding stop him. He worked a dangerous job for 90 hours a week just to see his dream come to life.
I’m also inspired by many famous entrepreneurs who became titans of industry despite overwhelming challenges. Their stories of resilience and determination remind me every day that success is possible when you refuse to give up.

What were the most challenging obstacles you have encountered in your career?
Kristin Bone: The most challenging obstacles I’ve faced have been staying committed to my vision even when others couldn’t see it. I often recognize opportunities that others overlook and can transform ideas or roles that seem ordinary into something extraordinary. But getting others to catch that vision and invest in it can be difficult—what feels so clear and obviously promising to me isn’t always obvious to everyone else.
As someone who frequently blazes new trails, I’ve learned that the visionary often sees what the rest of the world cannot. Persuading people to get on board and remain fully invested throughout a project can be one of the toughest parts of the journey. Believing in what you’re doing—despite those who doubt you—takes resilience and conviction. Persisting in the face of opposition and challenges isn’t easy, but it’s what shapes extraordinary leaders. And when an idea finally comes to life and succeeds in a way others couldn’t imagine, it’s incredibly satisfying.
