Could you highlight the key offerings of your company?

Sarah Polyakov: At Your Amazing Edge, we focus on transformational coaching for individuals, couples, and leaders who are ready to design lives that are purposeful, empowered, and resilient. Our signature programs emphasize conscious relationships, personal development, and high-impact, bespoke coaching through our Velocity VIP service. We also provide accessible entry points, such as webinars and group programs, alongside deeply personalized one-on-one coaching. I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t happen when life is easy—it happens when you choose to meet challenges with courage and clarity.
What are your long-term goals, and where do you envision yourself in the coming years?
Sarah Polyakov: My long-term vision is for Your Amazing Edge to become a recognized global hub for coaching, thought leadership, and personal transformation. I see myself speaking on world stages—from TED Talks to international summits—expanding our publishing and media presence, growing our podcast reach, and continuing to collaborate with leaders who are shaping culture in positive, conscious ways.
In the next few years, I’m building toward a larger community space that blends wellness, learning, and art—a Pavilion where people can reconnect with themselves and with one another. We plan to create an organic farm that provides free food, fund clean water initiatives worldwide, and establish an on-site wellness center featuring cutting-edge technology and access to the world’s best thought leaders. I’ve discovered that the future isn’t something we wait for—it’s something we intentionally design, one bold choice at a time.
Sarah Polyakov: My deepest inspiration has come from my mother, Janet, whose resilience, wisdom, and unconditional love continue to guide me—even beyond this life. She instilled in me the courage to pursue authenticity, the strength to face challenges with grace, and the belief that we are here to serve a purpose larger than ourselves.
Professionally, I’m inspired by women leaders and visionaries who have pioneered spaces of healing, empowerment, and innovation against all odds. Inspiration lives on in us when we honor those who lit our path by carrying the torch forward.
Most of all, I believe the ultimate destination for any of us is the echo of impact we create in people’s lives.
Please list some of the notable recognitions and accreditations that you and your organization have received?

Sarah Polyakov: I’m honored to have received several recognitions that reflect both my personal journey and the mission of Your Amazing Edge. As a best-selling author, I co-authored Discover Your Amazing Edge, which has empowered readers worldwide, and contributed multiple times to the Mission Hope series—best sellers known for inspiring resilience and hope. I am also featuring in the Women’s Edition of CEO Scoop and previously received the CEO Choice Award during my corporate career.
Professionally, I hold advanced credentials in personal development, relationship coaching, and crisis coaching, and I’ve been a guest speaker and contributor to numerous podcasts, workshops, and summits centered on leadership, healing, and transformation. Beyond coaching, I’m proud of my two master’s degrees and honorary doctorate, as well as my involvement with the nonprofit World Vision.
My creative passions have also been recognized—my fine art paintings are displayed in a Parisian virtual gallery, and this past year I uploaded my original music to Spotify, fulfilling a lifelong dream as a singer and songwriter.
What were the most challenging obstacles you’ve encountered in your career?

Sarah Polyakov: I was born with a very rare illness, which makes getting through each day a challenge. I use mind and body approaches to keep my health on track, and my mantra is that an illness doesn’t define me.
Another major challenge has been balancing authenticity with visibility—finding the courage to share my voice and vision in a world that often rewards conformity. Building a company in the personal development space also meant overcoming skepticism and learning to communicate the profound value of transformation in ways that resonate with both the heart and the mind.
On a personal level, I’ve navigated seasons of loss, reinvention, and risk—each one becoming a proving ground for the principles I now teach. These obstacles haven’t just shaped me as a coach and entrepreneur; they’ve deepened my empathy for clients walking through their own fires. I believe every obstacle is a hidden invitation to rise higher than you ever believed possible, and that mindset has been the blueprint for my life.
