At CEO Scoop Magazine, owned and operated by Scoop Media, we strive to maintain transparency and professionalism in all our publishing and promotional services.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations and refunds for cover features, magazine editions, and promotional campaigns.


No Refund Once Work Has Started

Once we begin the edition process to feature a client on the cover page, inside story, promotional campaigns, or any related magazine services, we are unable to provide any refund.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content writing and editing

  • Cover page and layout designing

  • Social media promotional post creation

  • Feature publication preparation

  • Inclusion in Top 50 or Top 30 leader lists

  • Magazine branding and digital distribution work

Once any of the above work has been initiated by our team, the service is considered confirmed and non-refundable.


Refund Acceptable Only Before Work Begins

A refund request may be considered only if:

  • Our team has not started any work from our side

  • No content drafting, designing, listing, or promotional activity has been initiated

  • The project is still in the pre-production stage

If no work has been performed, the refund decision will be reviewed and processed at the discretion of CEO Scoop Magazine.


Cancellation Requests

Clients are encouraged to confirm participation only after complete clarity, as cancellations after project initiation cannot be accommodated.

Once the feature process is underway, cancellations will not result in any refund.


Policy Updates

CEO Scoop Magazine reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
