“My career began in the telecom industry, where I spent 30 years building and leading high-performance sales organizations at Cox Business. What started as a frontline sales role quickly evolved into executive leadership, with responsibility for scaling multi-state inside sales teams, launching new markets, and transforming underperforming regions into top-ranked performers nationwide.
Along the way, I was honored with multiple Leader of the Year awards and Winner’s Circle recognitions, but the greatest reward was learning how to build cultures that empower people to win—both professionally and personally.
After decades in corporate leadership, I felt called to build something more meaningful—an organization that blended strategy, innovation, and service with a deeper sense of purpose. That calling led me into healthcare and wellness, where I founded Louisiana Medical Group and later expanded into a multi-brand wellness ecosystem focused on peptides, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and concierge medicine”- Jude Marino.

On a personal level, I envision dedicating more time to mentoring the next generation of healthcare entrepreneurs, investing in mission-driven leaders, and leveraging this platform to support philanthropic initiatives. When I entered healthcare, the challenges intensified. Navigating complex compliance requirements, legal frameworks, and multi-state regulations—while still moving fast enough to innovate and scale—tested both my patience and leadership in new ways.
